Which size should I take?
We keep it simple: Size 1 and Size 2. Our cuts are relaxed by design, so most women find Size 1 comfortable. If you are between sizes or prefer more room, take Size 2. Message us on WhatsApp with your usual size and we will tell you which to pick.
Do you ship outside Cairo?
Yes — we deliver to every governorate in Egypt. See Shipping & Delivery for timings.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash. All three are available at checkout.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
Are the colours accurate in the photos?
We photograph in natural light wherever we can and we do not retouch colour. Screens do vary, so if the exact shade matters to you, message us and we will send you an extra photo.
Can I see the fabric before I buy?
Message us on WhatsApp at +20 10 1160 4150 and we will send you a close-up video of the fabric.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Sometimes. Our runs are small, so a piece may not come back in the same colour. Follow @rmhijap — we announce restocks there first.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days. See Returns & Exchanges.
How do I care for my pieces?
Linen and crepe: cold hand wash or a gentle machine cycle, hang to dry in shade. Satin: hand wash cold, do not wring, iron on low from the reverse side.
