Where we deliver
We ship to every governorate in Egypt.
How long it takes
- Cairo & Giza: 2–4 working days
- Alexandria & Delta: 3–5 working days
- Upper Egypt, Canal Cities, Red Sea & Sinai: 4–7 working days
Orders placed on Friday or on a public holiday are processed the next working day.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your governorate. You will see the exact amount before you confirm the order — there are no charges added afterwards.
Paying for your order
Three options, all available at checkout:
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives
- InstaPay
- Vodafone Cash
Tracking your order
Once your order ships we send you a confirmation. If you would like an update at any point, message us on WhatsApp at +20 10 1160 4150 with your order number and we will check for you.
If nobody is home
The courier will attempt delivery and call you beforehand. If they cannot reach you, they will try again the following working day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
