The short version
If a piece is not right, you have 14 days from the day it arrives to return or exchange it. We would rather you had something you actually wear.
What we can accept
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- Original tags are still attached
- It comes back in its original packaging
- It is free of perfume, makeup marks and smoke
What we cannot accept
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to start a return or exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp at +20 10 1160 4150 with your order number and a photo of the item
- We confirm and arrange collection with the courier
- Once we receive and check the piece, we process your exchange or refund
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 7 working days of us receiving the item, by the same method you paid with. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece.
If something arrived wrong or damaged
Message us within 48 hours with a photo and we will cover the return shipping and put it right — no questions.
Exchanging for a different size
Size exchanges are free within Cairo and Giza. Outside those governorates, return shipping is at your cost. If you are unsure between Size 1 and Size 2, message us before ordering and we will help you choose.
